The golf course is a parkland layout with homes along several exterior holes. The layout's fairways are generous off the tee, yet challenging with 6 ponds and an abundance of sand bunkers in play, especially on the backside. It was designed by Jerry Lemons and plays to 6,709 yards from the tips, 71.8/123, course/slope ratings with three shorter sets of tees.
