Windmill Ridge is located on the south side of downtown Monett, midway between Springfield and Joplin, 12 miles south of I-44.

This parkland layout follows straightforward fairways lined by young trees and evergreens over gently sloping terrain, with less than 20 sand bunkers defending the modest greens. Don Sechrest designed this layout, which has four sets of tees overall, with the tips playing to 6,083 yards, 67.7/114, course/slope ratings.
