The Woods Resort has two 18-hole golf courses located 45 minutes from Hagerstown and 30 minutes from Martinsburg in the Eastern Panhandle of the Shenandoah Mountains.

The Mountain View Course is a championship-caliber layout clambering through the valley floor and fairly level, save for a few holes with elevation change. The fairways tend to be tight and lined with dogwood, maple, oak, and pine trees, and water hazards are in play on about half the holes. It plays to 6,621 yards from the blue tees, 70.8/121 course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Ray Johnston in the late 1980s.

The Stony Lick course is an executive-length course of 3,692 yards, par 62, with an assortment of par 3s and 4s, suitable for the beginning golfer and families or for working on the short game for a quick round.
