The Adirondack Golf & Country Club is just off I-87 at the Bear Swamp Rd exit to the east 15 minutes south of Plattsburgh.

The golf course is a classic parkland-style layout carved through deep forestland, where off-line tee balls launched into the trees result in a lost stroke. Sand bunkers defend most of the greens and a few fairways, in addition to several water hazards. It plays to 6,894 yards from the tips, 71.9/123 course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, designed by Cornish, Silva, and Mungeam.
