Arrowhead is just north of the airport off the Bishop Parkway within a residential community with 27 holes.

The layouts are parkland style designs floriwng through the pines over fairly level ground with numerous water hazards and an abundance of sand traps on a tract of land bordering the Intracoastal Waterway. The Cypress generally moves through the wetlands, the Lakes is a shot maker's layout along the Intracoastal, and the Waterway is a more traditional routing with wide, forgiving fairways and one hole on the Intracoastal. There's four sets of tees overall, the Lakes/Cypress combination is 71.4/141, course/slope ratings; Cypress/Waterway, 71.6/139; Lakes/Waterway 71.6/140, a Raymond Floyd and Tom Jackson design.
