Atikwa is set between Lake Darling and Lake Louise on the north side of Alexandria about two hours northwest of Minneapolis off I-94.

The layout has views of the lakes as it's carved through tree and wetland lined fairways with a modest amount of sand traps and challenging greens. The Atikwa golf course is 6,167 yards from the tips, 69.9/124, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
