Bartram Trail is on the northwest side of Augusta off I-20 at Lewiston Road to the north.

The golf course is a parkland design carved through the pine and hardwood, forest adjoining Patriot’s Park and along Euchee Creek. The layout is over rolling terrain with wetland areas and and creeks throughout, and a little unusual in that there's five par 3s and par 5s, which provide numerous scoring opportunities. There's five sets of tees with the tips playing to 6,706 yards, 71.7/137, course/slope ratings, designed by Rick Robbins.
