BEar Ridge is southwest of Waco in Woodway partially bordering a residential development off US 84 a couple of miles south of Texas Loop 340.

The course has a mix of narrow, tree lined fairways in addition to open, links-style holes along the Bosque River Valley. It's an entertaining layout with numerous doglegs, elevation change, blind shots, water features, and an abundance of sand traps. It was designed by Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy and serves as the home course for the Baylor University Golf Teams. It's a stout 7,478 yards, 76.1/131, course/slope ratings from the tips but has a total of six sets of tees.
