The Benton Golf & Country Club is on the southwest side of Benton off the Purchase Parkway at Bus 641 south to the Mayfield Highway.

The course travels over the natural, rolling contours of western Kentucky terrain along fairways defined by stands or corridors of mature hardwoods. The layout consists of gentle doglegs bordered by streams and ponds on half the holes leading the generous greens fortified by sand bunkers. It will play to 6,240 yards, 69.8/128, course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tees, designed by Alex McKay.
