Brae Burn is an hour south of Rochester off the I-390 in Dansville.

Brae Burn is an ancient, 6 hole golf course originally from the 1890s with 3 additional holes added later. The course hasn't been updated over the years and still has the compact and elevated, oval greens with old growth, hardwood trees lining the fairways. There's a few sand bunkers around the greens and a small stream running across a few holes as well as a pond. The course plays to 5,753 yards from the tips for a par of 68 with 67.4/114, course/slope ratings for 18 holes.
