Bunker Hill is between Princeton and New Brunswick off US 1 at New Road then north.

The layout meanders along tree lined fairways in a natural setting without housing or development in play. The fairways are tree lined with Tenmile Run traversing the middle of the course from north to south impacting play on a few holes and sand bunkers mostly defending the modest greens. It's short at 5,833 yards from the back tees, par of 72, 68.2/125, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, designed by Hollis Yarborough.
