Bunker Hills is due north of Minneapolis in Coon Rapids in the Bunker Hills Regional Park with a total of 27 holes of championship golf along with a 9 hole executive layout.

The parkland layout provides for an interesting variety of holes along tree lined fairways over slightly rolling topography with water hazards in play on 10 holes and 75 sand bunkers defending the fairways and greens. There's five sets of tees overall with the yardages, course/slope ratings from the tips for the various rotations: North-3,462; East-3,428 yards; West-3,550 yards. East/West-73.5/129, course/slope ratings; West/North-73.5/135; North/East-73.0/132. It was designed originally with 18 holes by David Gill with another nine was added in 1989 by Joel Goldstrand.
