Victory Links is in the far north suburbs of Minneapolis in Blaine just north of the airport off Central Avenue at 105th.

It's a links style layout and wide open off the tee with tall prairie grasses at the fairway's borders. There's a generous amount of sand bunkers and several water hazards with well defended, greens of all shapes and sizes which tend to be open in front. There's a wide variety of tees from 2,834 yards to over 7,048 yards, the middle Gold tees are 6,284 yards, 70.1/125, course/slope ratings, designed by the PGA Tour with the youth/beginner golfer in mind.
