The golf course is partially bordering a residential community on mostly flat terrain with a mix of parkland and links-style holes. There are water hazards on over half the holes, with a moderate amount of pot and conventional sand bunkers at the landing areas and guarding the greens. The golf course was designed by Brian Huntley and plays to 6,873 yards, 73.4/137 course/slope ratings from the tips, with 4 alternate tees.
