Centerpointe is about 30 minutes southeast of Rochester and 10 minutes off the NY Thruway at exit 44 to the south on the north side of Canandaigua.

The golf course is a straightforward parkland layout with trees defining the fairways, several water hazards in play, and sand traps predominately guarding the modest, oval greens. It plays to 6,829 yards from the tips, 72.5/124, with three shorter tees.
