Centerpointe is about 30 minutes southeast of Rochester 10 minutes off the NY Thruway at exit 44 to the south on the north side of Canandaigua.

The golf course is a straightforward, parkland layout with trees defining the fairways, several water hazards in play, and sand traps predominately guarding the modest, oval greens. It plays to 6,829 yards from the tips, 72.5/124, with three shorter tees.
