Centura Hills is 13 miles northwest of Grand Island just off Highway 2 in Cairo.

The layout has some change in elevation to it as it moves over mounded fairways along a combination of open, links-style and tree lined fairways with numerous water hazards and a tolerable amount of sand bunkers in play. It can play to 6,828 yards from the tips, 72.3/123, course/slope ratings, the white tees play to 6,296 yards, 70.4/116, designed by Marty Johnson.
