Indianhead is on the west side of Grand Island, just off Lincoln Highway.

The course is a parkland-style layout over level terrain and along tree-lined fairways. Water hazards are in play on several holes, including a semi-island green with sand bunkers scattered along the fairways and securing most of the modest oval greens.
