Creekmoor is within a residential community southeast of Kansas City on the south side of Grandview on Creekmoor Lake.

The golf course journeys over a large tract of land along unique and isolated fairways with half the holes bordered by homes while the balance are along natural corridors or the Lake. The expansive fairways are bordered by either stands or lines of mature hardwoods with multiple water features including the Lake and 65 sand bunkers guarding both the fairways and the greens. There's five sets of tees overall with the tips playing to 7,406 yards, 76.7/146, course/slope ratings, designed by Thomas E. Clark in 2007.
