Fred Arbanas at Longview Lakes is a municipal golf course along Longview Lake, just north of KC Metro Junior College, on the southeast side of town, off I-470 at exit 6.

It's a solid layout with a mix of tree-lined and open fairways, several water hazards, sand bunkers around the greens and landing zones, and large, slightly undulating greens. It was designed by Benz & Poellot with some redesign work by Craig Schreiner. From the tips, it is 6,879 yards, 73.2/131, course/slope ratings. In addition to the championship layout, there's also a substantial range and practice area along with a par 3 layout.
