Stone Canyon is on the east side of Kansas City near Blue Springs just outside the I-470 at the Woods Chapel Road exit off I-70.

The golf course is a challenging and strategic layout with a mix of links-style and parkland elements moving over slightly rolling terrain. There's a few holes with water hazards, several forced carries over natural areas, the sand bunkers are plentiful, and the contoured, greens quick and undulating. There's five sets of tees from 5,021 yards to 7,059 yards, the Bronze tees are 6,227 yards, 70.5/135, course and slope ratings, designed by Greg Norman.
