Drumm Farm is on the east side of Kansas City in Independence off I-70 at Lees Summit with a full 18 hole championship course along with a 1,674 yard executive level layout.

The Championship layout is a links design along broad, contoured fairways bordered by tall fescue and stands of mature hardwood trees. There's numerous streams and ponds in play along with an assortment of sand bunkers defending the landing zones and greens of varying shapes and sizes. It was designed by Dr. Michael Hurdzan and from the tips is 7,121 yards 75.1/141, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees down to 5,110 yards, 70.2/122.
