Cummings Cove is on the west side of Hendersonville off Brevard Road in an upscale, residential development on the east side of the French Broad River.

The layout provides for numerous elevated tees as it moves along rolling, tree-lined fairways with a variety of doglegs. There's multiple lakes and streams with the sand bunkers positioned mostly around the greens. The backside is highlighted by three unique par 3s with one virtually hanging from a cliff and finishes with back to back par 5s. There's five sets of tee boxes with the middle tees at 6,158 yards, 67.8/121, course/slope ratings, designed by Bob Cupp.
