Currie Municipal Golf Complex is on the west side of downtown Midland, off Currie Parkway, along the Tittabawassee River. It has 27 standard holes and a par 3 course.

The star layout at Currie is the West course journeying through a natural area without housing or development along the tree-lined fairways with several water hazards and well-bunkered fairways and greens. There are five sets of tees overall, with the middle tees playing to 6,176 yards, 70.1/123, and course/slope ratings, designed by Jerry Matthews. Currie East is a 9-hole, traditional layout originally designed by Gilbert Currie with redesign work by Jerry Matthews and plays to 3,185 yards off the tips, 35.3/116 course/slope ratings.
