Cypress Point CC is just southeast of the Norfolk International Airport off Wesleyan Drive east of Diamond Springs.

The course is withing a residential development moving over level terrain with an interesting mix of holes. The contoured fairways are tree lined along several doglegs with a generous amount of sand bunkers protecting the fairways and greens and several water hazards in play. It was designed by Tom Clark in the 1980s and is 6,541 yards, 71.1/124, course/slope ratings from the tips with three shorter tees.
