Diamond Links is in eastern KY just west of the West Virginia border at Huntington in Catlettsburg off I-64 at the 185 exit surrounded by fields and forests.

The golf course is a parkland layout carved through deep forest with the front side scaling rolling hills while the back nine moves through a valley circling back to the clubhouse. There's multiple ponds and wetlands in play, but minimal sand traps as hazards. It's not a long course at 6,119 yards from the tips, 67.0/111 course and slope rating with two shorter tees.
