Dinsmore is a state owned, 18 hole course in Dutchess County 20 minutes north of Poughkeepsie on the east side of the Hudson River.

It's a straightforward and scenic, parkland layout roaming over rolling hills with scattered trees along the fairways, a minimum of sand traps, and small, oval greens with occasional views of the Hudson River and the Catskills. It's only 5,719 yards from the back tees, a par of 70, 68.0/107, course/slope ratings, designed by Roland Stafford in the 1950s.
