Dove Valley Ranch is in far north Phoenix in Cave Creek off Carefree Highway.

The desert style layout is within a residential community with a sedate front nine while the back nine is challenging as it moves along the Willow Wash and through dense desert vegetation. The setting features some of the better views of the mountains and valley despite the homes surrounding the course. It was designed by Robert Trent Jones, II and is 7,011 yards from the tips, 72.6/128, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
