Downingtown is located 20 miles west of King of Prussia in the far northwest Philadelphia suburb of Downingtown off US 30 on Bus 30 and has a stay and play program for public play.

The course is a traditional, parkland style layout chiseled through corridors of old growth, tree lined fairways. There's a generous amount of sand bunkers along the landing zones and defending the greens with numerous water hazards in play mostly on the back nine. It plays to 6,642 yards, 72.1/134, course/slope ratings from the back tees with three shorter tees, designed by George Fazio, Tom Fazio's uncle in 1965.
