Eagle Trace is located east of the Sawgrass Expressway in western Broward County, just north of Atlantic Boulevard.

The layout is over level, but mounded fairways through an upscale residential community. There is water features in play on most holes and an assortment of 45 pot, waste area, and traditional sand bunkers along the fairway's landing zones and greens. There are tees from 4,800 to over 7,000 yards, the white tees play to 6,170 yards, 70.4/135, course/slope ratings, designed by Arthur Hills.
