While Grande Oaks, the golf club where Caddyshack was filmed, is a private club, several hotels in the immediate area, including the Ritz Carlton, Marriott, and Hyatt, have a reciprocal arrangement with the golf club, providing access for guests. The club is located west of town in Davie, off I-595 at University and then west on 30th Street.

The golf course has the feel of a mature, northern parkland layout as it moves along oak-tree-lined fairways over slightly rolling topography with numerous water features and an abundance of sand traps. It plays to 6,752 yards from the tips, 72.6/138 course/slope ratings with five shorter tees. It was originally designed in the 1950s as Rolling Hills until it was taken private with a redesign by Raymond Floyd.
