Edgewater is 45 minutes southeast of Rock Hill in Lancaster at the Rt 9/Lancaster Highway exit off I-77.

The golf course is an interesting layout along isolated pine tree-lined fairways over rolling hills bordered by numerous water features with a moderate amount of sand bunkers primarily guarding the generous greens. The course was designed by Bruce Brodsky. From the Blue tees, it's 6,102 yards, 69.2/129, course/slope ratings, with two shorter and two longer sets of tees as well.
