Egwani Farms is located just south of Knoxville off the Pellissippi Parkway north of the airport along the Little River which is "Egwani" in Cherokee.

The course follows the River for one mile journeying along river bottom land with generally open fairways bordered by stands of trees. Water is the dominant feature here with the River, lakes, and streams in play on the majority of holes in addition to a variety of shapes and styles of sand bunkers defending the fairways and securing the greens. It was designed by D. J. DeVictor and plays to 6,708 yards, 72.3/128, course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter tees.
