Willow Creek is located west of Knoxville off Kingston Pike.

The golf course is a parkland layout with numerous creeks, several ponds, and a modest amount of sand bunkering along the fairways and greens as it traverses tree lined fairways. It was designed by Bill Oliphant, and can play to 7,211 yards from the tips 74,7/128, course/slope ratings, the white tees are 6,362 yards, 70.7/121.
