The Emanon Country Club is 30 minutes west of Scranton in Falls.

The course wanders along cleared river bottom land at a bend in the Susquehanna along tree lined corridors over varying changes in elevation. After a rather pedestrian par 32, front nine with a combination of short par 4s and 4 par 3s, the 1,000 yard longer backside provides several drivable, par 4s as well as two full three-shot par 5s. It's not a long course at only 5,665 yards from the back tees with a par of 70, 68.1/113, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees. There's an interesting history as the course was designed by the local golf enthusiasts and originally named No Name Club, but was changed years ago to the reverse Emanon.
