Pine Hills is on the southwest side of Scranton a few miles off I-81 at the Davis St exit in the Lackawanna Valley.

The classic routing is over rolling hills and along tree lined fairways leading to oval or kidney shaped, greens minimally defended by sand bunkers in a scenic setting surrounded by mountains. It's a short course at only 6,142 yards from the back tees, 67.2/119 course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, originally designed by Hank Evanish with recent design work by R. Stuart Cutlip.
