Eureka's municipal golf course is south of town off the 101 at exit 702.

The golf course is a parkland style layout in a forested area bordered by Coastal Redwoods and Rhododendrons. It wraps around a residential neighborhood with the Martin Slough running through the middle of the course from north to south and a few ponds, but little in the way of sand traps. The course is very short at 5,732 yards, par 70, 67.1/116, course/slope ratings from the tips with two shorter tees, designed by Bob Baldock.
