The Fazio course at Palmetto Dunes was designed by Tom Fazio's uncle George.

It's a long and challenging parkland layout with the front side providing some relief from the backside's narrow fairways. There's a generous amount of sand bunkers positioned along the landing zones and guarding the greens with water in play on over half the holes. It's known as the toughest layout on HHI with the stretch of four finishing holes consummating the argument. It's 6,873 yards, 73.5/138, course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter tee boxes.
