Glen Dornoch is north of Myrtle Beach in Little River, just off US 17 near the South Carolina border on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway.

The golf course is through 270 acres of pine, oak, and magnolias in a natural setting featuring several fairways, tees, and greens directly on the Intracoastal. It has a variety of conventional and pot sand bunkers, in addition to ponds and wetlands defending the landing zones and greens. A shotmaker's layout designed by Clyde Johnston, it plays to 6,890 yards, 73.1/145 course/slope ratings from the black tees with four shorter tees.
