Golden Hills is southwest of Columbia in Lexington off Sunset.

The course traverses a residential development over fairways of varying topography. It's a shotmaker's delight with narrow driving corridors lined with pine and oak trees, multiple water features and sand bunkers, and greens of various shapes and sizes tucked into coves. There's four tees from 4,957 yards to 6,455 yards off the back tees, the blue tees measure 5,993 yards, 69.2/128, course/slope ratings, designed by Ron Garl.
