Grandview CC is about 10 minutes east of Beckley off I-64 at exit 129 to the south.

The golf course is set in a clearing on the top of a mountain with scattered tree lined fairways although the exterior holes are bordered by dense forest and underbrush. The fairways are wide and forgiving save for a few holes, there are numerous water hazards, and sand bunkers primarily guard the small, oval greens. It's a fair and playable layout designed by Randy Scott with three sets of tees from 4,910 yards to 6,834 yards at the tips, the middle tees are 6,210 yards, 69.9/129, course/slope ratings.
