Hunters Ridge is north of Cedar Rapids in Marion off Rt 13 to the west in a residential community.

The layout has a mix of fairways through the homesites while others are along natural borders and wetlands. The course has both links and parkland features with broad, mounded fairways bordered by large sand bunker complexes at the landing areas and guarding the greens and water features on 1/3 of the holes. It was designed by Robert Lohmann and can play to 7,007 yards from the back tees, the middle, white tees are 6,008 yards, 70.2/116, course/slope ratings.
