Ellis is a municipal golf course owned and operated by the City of Cedar Rapids. It is located north of downtown, south of the Cedar River off Edgewood.

The layout is a classic from the early 1900s. It is over generally level land through broad and confining, tree-lined fairways with an occasional water hazard and a moderate amount of sand traps. The golf course was originally designed by William Langford and redesigned by Bob Lohman. It plays to 6,502 yards from the back tees, 71.1/125 course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
