Jefferson Landing is in the far northwest corner of NC near the VA border about 2 hours northwest of Winston Salem.

The golf course saunters over a scenic setting at the base of Mt. Jefferson and along the New River. The layout moves through a residential community along tree lined and sloping fairways and numerous lakes or streams with a generous amount of sand bunkers at the landing zones off the tee and surrounding the greens. It was designed by Larry Nelson and plays to 6,450 yards from the blue tees, 69.7/127, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees.
