Kings Mill is located halfway between Marion and Waldo off US 23 on OH 98 on the south bank of the Olentangy River surrounded by farmland.

The layout traverses mature hardwood lined fairways with several holes along the River over slightly rolling topography. There's a few ponds and streams in play and less than 10 sand bunkers but requires course management along narrow playing corridors and smallish greens. There's three sets of tees from 4,592 yards to 6,156 yards, 68.1/106, course/slope ratings off the back tees, designed by Jack Tidwell.
