Lac La Belle Country Club is on the northwest side of Oconomowoc on the north shore of Lac La Belle off Rt 16 at SR 67 about 40 minutes from downtown Milwaukee.

The golf course is a classic, parkland layout from the late 1800s winding along slightly rolling, tree lined fairways with numerous wetlands and ponds, and sand bunkers primarily guarding the small greens. It possesses one of the toughest par 3s in the state at 232 yards uphill to a modest green. There's five sets of tees, it plays to 6,244 yards from the White tees, 70.5/125 course and slope ratings with the original 9 designed by Willie Anderson, a 3-time Open Championship winner 1903-1905 and renovated by Craig Haltom in 2019.
