The LaPlaya Golf Club is on the north side of Naples, south of Bonita Springs, off Immokalee Road, in a resort-real estate development.

The fairways are bordered by mangroves and bougainvillea, journeying along 14 ponds and wetlands with various-sized and shaped sand bunkers along the landing zones and guarding the greens. The course was designed by Bob Cupp and is a drill in course management, at 6,902 yards at the tips, 74.6/143 course/slope ratings, and four shorter tees.
