Leavenworth is on the south side of town just off US 2 about 30 minutes west of Wenatchee.

The golf course is a parkland layout in a scenic setting on the west bank of the Wenatchee River where it joins with Icicle Creek south of Leavenworth. The layout is characterized by narrow, tree lined fairways, minimal sand bunkers positioned mostly greenside, and postage stamp-sized greens over land with some elevation change. It's in a scenic setting in view of the Eastern Cascades with a few holes along the River where salmon are often spawning. It's not a long course, only 5,699 yards from the tips, 66.8/112, course/slope ratings with one shorter tee, an original early 1900s layout expanded over the years by Ed Kuch
