The Lima Golf Club is 30 minutes south of Rochester via the Genesee Expressway to US 20 to the east with two 18 hole, championship layouts in a natural setting in the foothills of the Bristol Mountains.

Both layouts are characterized by fairways defined by trees over rolling contours with sand bunkering along the fairways and guarding the greens and numerous water hazards. Charleston Pines has five sets of tees with the middle tees playing to 5,940 yards, 68.1/117, course/slope ratings. Island Oaks is similar in design but more of a target layout with water hazards in play on half the holes. There's four sets of tees from 4,554 yards to 6,102 yards at the tips, 69.4/123, course/slope ratings, both courses designed by John Checho.
