Maumee Bay Golf Course is 12 miles east of Toledo in the Maumee Bay State Park on Lake Erie.

The layout is a wide open, links-style design that races over a large tract of undeveloped land within the park along expansive fairways bordered by tall fescue. It's exposed to the elements and, in defense of par, is littered with pot and conventional sand bunkers and multiple water features. It can play to 6,941 yards, 73.3/129 course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tes, designed by Arthur Hills.
