Maxwelton Braes is 20 minutes east of Egg Harbor set between Kangaroo Lake and Lake Michigan in Baileys Harbor.

The layout is parkland style with a combination of open and confining, tree lined fairways along with a significant amount of sand bunkers in play along the fairways and guarding the greens. It's a short par 70 layout at 6,041 yards from the back tees, 68.7/114, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees, designed by Joe Roseman.
